ABOUT

Vandegrift Highschool Wrestling

VHS Wrestling began in the 2009-2010 School year with the opening of Vandegrift High School.  In the past seven years,  this program has grown and improved tremendously.   Wrestling is a year-round program for those who choose wrestling as their sole sport.  However, for others it is a program that begins after the football season is over.  The Vandegrift Wrestling team is a team that strives to improve the boys both on the mat and in their own lives.  The wrestling program also provides a great opportunity for the boys to be part of a team and to develop both mental and physical toughness along the way.
